The founder
Saad Al-Monifi
A civil engineer by education, Saad began his career in 2008 with Kharafi National, working on engineering operations and project coordination for large projects. In 2014 he joined Baker Hughes as a DD/LWD engineer and spent eight years on directional drilling and logging-while-drilling operations in Kuwait.
In 2022 he founded STRIVE Group, and today he leads Mutriba as Managing Director.
